Each dress is handmade with care in Ethiopia.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for tailoring, embroidery, and preparation before shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times

United States, Canada, and Europe
Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via express courier.
Free express shipping is available for these regions.

Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally. For destinations outside the United States, Canada, and Europe, shipping times vary depending on the country.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

While we work with reliable couriers, delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen events.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
